Dale worked for Ernie Littler for many years, until Ernie retired. He respected Ernie for giving him a chance to learn a trade. Then Dale decided to start his own business in 1999. He lived his dream for 7 years, until his liver transplant. Dale hired mostly family and friends whom he trusted to do a good job for him. His business did grow with the majority being Wittenberg College. He even became close to a couple of their employees. I am proud of Dale for all he accomplished.
